Welcome to GIGOS! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GIGOS website and services (“Service”) provided by Rockit Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using GIGOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GIGOS, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your account if any information changes.

3. Use of Services

Permitted Use: GIGOS is intended to connect college students with opportunities within the community. You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Spamming, phishing, or other unauthorized solicitations

4. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post on GIGOS, including text, images, and other materials (“User Content”).
License to GIGOS: By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Payments and Transactions

If applicable, GIGOS may facilitate payments between users. We are not liable for disputes arising from transactions between users. You agree to follow our payment policies, including any transaction fees or refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on GIGOS, including design, code, and branding, is owned by Rockit Enterprises, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockit Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

Interruptions in service or errors
User actions, including any content posted or transactions made
Any unauthorized access or use of your account or content

8. Termination of Accounts

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear their own costs of arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of GIGOS after changes are made signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.
